2. Accounts & Authentication

• Authentication is handled via GitHub login.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account.
• You must not share API keys publicly or misuse them.

3. API Keys

• Trial API keys are issued once per account and are valid for a limited time (e.g., 7 days).
• Paid or renewed API keys are time-limited (e.g., 30 days) and expire automatically.
• We may revoke or suspend keys that violate these Terms or abuse the Service.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Service. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Attempting to bypass rate limits or security mechanisms.
• Using the API for unlawful, harmful, or abusive activities.
• Reselling or redistributing the API without permission.
• Automated scraping or excessive load outside intended usage.

5. Payments & Renewals

Paid access may be renewed manually (e.g., via supported payment methods). Renewal activation is subject to verification and approval.

• Submitted payment proof must be accurate and truthful.
• We reserve the right to reject invalid or suspicious renewals.
• No guarantee of uninterrupted access during verification.

6. Service Availability

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We may perform maintenance, updates, or changes that temporarily affect availability.

7. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in the Service (excluding your content) belong to Ryzenth Services Pro. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute any part of the Service without permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including loss of data, revenue, or business.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or use the Service in a harmful manner. You may stop using the Service at any time.
